A House, Currant, Maine, Thursday
Ezra had not bailed on the plans he'd made with Kathy a while back. He had, of course, been the recipient of many an invite to various Halloween parties in Boston and its surroundings, but... Yeah. Sometimes a man just wanted a cheesy movie night with old friends, right? It didn't necessarily have to have anything to do with how he couldn't even remember when this particular combo of friends had spent any time with just the three of them present.
Right.
Anyway, the living room was all set for movie watching. The coffee table - with no books in sight anywhere, probably much to Kathy's disappointment - was all loaded up with snacks and drinks of all kinds. The amount of it all was truly ridiculous, until you took into account how no one present exactly had a normal metabolism to begin with.
"Right, what have you got?" Ezra asked, flopping down on one end of the couch. "I hope you know that if any of them have were-anythings in them, you're both banned from this house."
[ooc: NFB, and for the two.]

Or maybe they did work but like he was ever going to admit that.

With some expert puppy eyes of his own.
"Make her stop, D."

Aha. Ahahaha.

He just dropped his puppy eyed act with the requisite little eyeroll, and reached for some popcorn, instead.

"I don't know, the Sheriff aspect puts me off."
It did not.

"And that there'll somehow still be baked goods to protect."
