Cosima had wanted to talk to Ezra more pretty much since she figured out he wasn't just making crap up about the fox thing, but she hadn't seen him when she had time to have an actual conversation in a couple weeks. When she noticed his door was open and he was inside, she couldn't resist stopping to say hello.
