Even though it was probably surprising to a lot of people who (thought they) knew him and his lazy ways, Ezra was actually back in class this week. But it wasn't really that surprising. Yes, he was lazy, but he could up his game when the incentives were good enough. Like when there were a ton of hot people around. Or when he could do something that was both new for him and something he was naturally good at, and which didn't involve scaring or hurting anyone.
But of course he'd only really tell anyone about the hot people.
Or how hot he himself looked when he was wrapped up in the silks and suspended gracefully in the air.
He didn't text anyone during class today, because now that they'd all gotten hang of what it felt like to be in the air, upside down or not, there was too much to do for him to devote all his time to texting while he waited. But still, because he was incorrigible, he managed to get some new selfies with his silks, and even got one of the instructors to take a picture of him where he was victoriously posing rather high up, having successfully climbed his way there with one of silks winding around his ankle and between his feet. It was only too bad he hadn't thought to ask them to video it.
And now that class was over, and he'd taken a moment to shower and cool off, he was texting some of those pics to Sparkle, because he'd said he would. And Kathy, because surely she would appreciate some progress updates.
... And Ada, because why should everyone else have all the fun.
[ooc: NFB, but open for texts and calls, regardless of whether you're one of the ones mentioned!]

Especially when it was hers.
I want to do very ungentlemanly things to (and between) your breasts. Just so you know.

well I'm not a ~lady~ so that's just fine with me! not sure what I'd do with a gentleman.
...that was a lie, because all her male friends were gigantic softies once you found your way into their affections, past whatever defenses they had in place.
so what else have you been up to besides taunting your class with your natural grace and skill?

Not much, and that's how I like it.
Because he was a lazy, lazy ass.
Work stuff, for the most part. And maple sugaring season is upon us, too. That's always a big deal here.

Yes, she'd looked it up just to make sure Ezra wasn't messing with her. She was a Southwest girl! She could tell you which cacti were edible, but trees? They kinda all looked the same.

Would you like to?
... And he was in need of buying some time as he weighed the pros and cons of involving her in that.
We don't quite do it like in the videos, though. Fair warning.

...Ada liked being useful, okay? And being emotionally supportive by way of cooking counted as useful.
If not, that's fine, I'll happily content myself to telling you how very dashing you were, all tied up like that.

No word on how he'd just thought about inviting her over before then. But, that... It involved going into some other people's shit, and maybe it wasn't his place.
But I *never* turn down cookies. Or the chance to share how good I look tied up, whether in a show or one-on-one.

Ada chewed at her lip for a second, then--
Which. How much glitter I gotta bring? Do I need to plan for inside the house, or are they ok?
She didn't think Ezra would live with someone that was an utter asshole, but it was entirely possible they didn't know there was a whole world out there beyond humans.

Ezra didn't like leaving a text trail of private business of this sort, so he wasn't going to spell out what exactly Lock was. But he hoped that was enough.
Everyone who's likely to visit is OK too.
Either supernatural, or trusted humans who were in the know.

I'll plan for at least one day of pancakes. Oh! I'm making more glitter this week, so if you want any particular colors, let me know. I'll bring it along with some carnie gin.
Because the edible glitter was fun for everyone! ...and it took a supernatural/cryptid/insane constitution to drink the Miller family moonshine, and Ada liked sharing.

I feel like red suits me particularly well. I'll have to check in with Sparks as well, maybe it'll even go with my costume.

One last selfie, of Ada blowing him a kiss via the mirror.
gotta work. I'd say 'be good,' but what fun is that? so be amazing.
...though about three hours later, Ezra would get another text, this one with a picture off-kilter of an eye and some curly hair and someone that was very much NOT Ada, but someone small who had been practicing their light fingers, and Ada had not been in a position to swat their hands away from her skirt without people noticing.
Waffle loves you, Ezra. And knows enough not to scroll back through Ada's messages, but can read enough to send that 'selfie' to both you and Hyacinthe.

Which was part of why he laughed when he picked up his phone when it buzzed. The other part was just that he was thankful for something unexpected that broke his... light brooding session in a diner that wasn't quite between Boston and Currant, but a fair bit off the route.
(Thanks, Dante.)
WAFFLE! What a sight for sore eyes.
His answering selfie was a delighted one. He was grinning, wide.

Hand-eye-coordination for taking a picture was hard when you were 1) cross-eyed and 2) barely six.
hi hi hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii

One funny face selfie deserved another in return, so Ezra took great care in taking one. It was truly an epic face.
And not even for the usual reasons, though those always applied as well.
Hail, keeper of Ada's phone! I salute you.
