Amazing how quickly eight (plus one) week could go. This was Ezra's last session of his beginner level aerial silks class, and no one was more surprised than him that he'd actually pulled it off and showed up to all the sessions. You would've thought laziness or work would've kept him away for at least a week at some point, if not for even all the sessions except the first two, but no. He'd been here every week, tangling himself in silks, laughing at Morgan's jokes, and thoroughly enjoying himself.

He was going to miss it.

But not quite yet. They still had their showcase left, and a few voluntary times they could come to the circus center and get some practice in before they'd be in front of an audience. And Ezra was going to get all the joy out of it he possibly could.

And since this was the last session, yes, he texted out some photos from the class. All perfectly innocent, if you didn't count the fact that Ezra's limber body wrapped with silks was by many accounts obscene in and of itself. You were welcome, friends.

Ezra was being lazy about sending out invitations. It helped conceal his indecision about who he was even inviting.

In part, maybe even from himself.

Ahh, I see. Of course, that does make sense. A pity, I know nothing about sewing or glitter-making and I don't think there's anything about makeup tbat I know that Ada and Sparks don't know better, so as much as I like to be helpful, I think you've already lined up the best crew available.

Well, Morgan had volunteered. She'd had a thing about putting eyeliner on him for weeks now, anyway.

Though she's also in the showcase so I don't know if she counts as crew or just a colleague. Co-star, whichever.

In fairness, eyeliner on Ezra was probably devastating and that would get her up close and personal while applying it. Girl was smart.

Still, sounds like it's gonna be an extravaganza. Lock or Ava in charge of pictures?

Which was to say he hadn't checked with anyone, because he knew his friends. And also expected them to know his vanity.

She'd originally written 'dexterity' but had erased it at the last moment. Just seemed smarter that way.

Because Lock definitely had a tolerance from the various horrors he'd seen.

Maybe you going consistently will have prepared him for this, Kathy suggested. Either way, best of luck breaking the news if you do decide that's the way you end up leaning.

Ezra was going to get a half-dressed, clearly prepping for a show night from Ada in response. Cell phone propped next to her on her vanity as she was applying her make-up.
