"So...I have something of a favor to ask," she said quietly. "Would you mind if we...I dunno, set more frequent times for me to come visit you? Nothing specific, not like a date, but I don't want multiple months to go by between times I see you. I wanna make hanging out with you a priority."

This time, his little headtilt was to nuzzle her palm a little. "Of course, darling," he said, watching her.

After a second or several, he felt a little compelled to add, "I haven't been making it this infrequent on purpose."
